Unless otherwise directed in advance and in writing, the following Terms of Service and/or Conditions apply:
Billing
1. Total charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account. KG Image Limo accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
2. Checks or cash may also be accepted, but are subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and/or identity validation for security purposes. Cash payments may need to be paid in advance.
3. Chauffeurs do not have the ability to accept payment. New or one-time clients may need to call customer service to provide payment information.
4. Additional ID verification may also be necessary.
Hourly Service
1. KG Image Limo provides an hourly rate for all other services based upon a two (2) hour minimum charge.
2. Hourly or “As Directed” services allow for multiple stops and wait time as directed by the client.
3. Vehicle will stay with the client or at their stop locations (as parking availability allows) for the entire rental time.
4. Travel time may be charged on a “garage-to-garage” basis and is made a part of the respective hourly minimums.
Special Events
Vehicle or chauffeur demand for special events, diplomatic affairs, or Special C-Suite travel may dictate:
- Premium pricing
- Increased hourly minimums (and, in some cases, multi-day minimums)
- Additional notice requirement for changes or cancellations
- Non-refundable prepayments
Vehicles are typically in limited supply – to avoid additional fees (where applicable), it is recommended to book in advance.
GRATUITY
As a convenience to our clients, a recommended 20% gratuity is added to your charges (unless your corporate agreement states differently). 100% of this gratuity is paid to the chauffeur who drove you. Of course, giving a gratuity is completely at your discretion and subject to your satisfaction with your chauffeur. You may increase, decrease, or eliminate the gratuity entirely.
Please let us know if you choose to pay a gratuity in a different manner. If you are approving an additional gratuity (or adjusting) please inform us promptly via e-mail to [email protected] or call 866-KGIMAGE referencing your reservation information. Chauffeurs understand that all gratuities must be earned by providing outstanding service to our clients and their guests, and that the amount received always rests with the client.
Overages & Wait Times
Additional Wait Time & Extra Stops
1. Additional wait time is $1.00 per minute and billed in 15-minute increments.
2. Additional stops are billed at $10.00 per stop. Higher rates may apply based on actual distance.
3. Additional stop fee applicable to multiple terminal drop-offs at the airport: $10 per terminal stop.
4. Additional passenger pick-ups (not drop-off) at different terminals billed at $25.00 per stop; inside terminal pick-ups only.
Complimentary Wait Policy
- 15 minute complimentary wait on all residential & office pick-ups
- 30 minute complimentary wait on all domestic arrivals from gate arrival time
- 60 minute complimentary wait on all international arrivals from gate arrival time
- No Show: Subject to the full service fee plus any applicable wait time charges.
Cleaning
This policy applies to all sedans, SUVs, passenger vans, executive sprinters, minibuses, and buses.
If, during or after the transportation service, KG Image Limo is required to expend an extended amount of time and/or resources to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash, etc), the company, at its discretion, will charge the client additional fees to cover these expenses.
Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client. The minimum clean up fee is $250. Charges for loss of use or revenue due to actions of the client or any passenger may also apply.
Smoking
Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an mandatory minimum $250 cleaning fee. Damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.
EXCEPTIONS: We have some smoking vehicles on demand only and must be reserved in advance with a base cleaning fee of $150. If smoking is not notified while booking your reservation and any passenger smokes in the car, an mandatory minimum $250 charge will be applied to your invoice.
Trip Updates
Any update or cancellation up to four (4) hours before the scheduled pick-up time are accepted by phone only at 866-KGIMAGE. If you were charged cancellation fees, please refer to our cancellation policy located on your reservation confirmation. For additional information, email [email protected].
